Become A Board Member

Baraga County Shelter Home has available openings for interested individuals who would like to volunteer their time and talents to serve as a BCSH board member. Board members will be expected to develop policies, procedures and regulations, monitor financial performance and the agency’s programs. Additional board member obligations and expectations include fundraising, policy setting, planning special activities, personnel committee, long-range planning and the understanding of the dynamics of domestic and sexual violence.
