Emergency Safe Shelter

The Baraga County Shelter Home is here to help when seeking a temporary safe-place to stay. Compassionate advocates are available to support you through the transition to temporary emergency shelter. The shelter provides safe housing, meals, and personal care items for survivors of intimate partner violence and their children 24/7/365. We have a violence-free and safe environment to allow survivors a safe place to heal emotionally and physically. If you are seeking shelter, you may call the Help and Support Line at (906) 524-7078 and speak with an advocate about your options.
